3.Account Terms
3.1 Account Registration
You must register with a valid Google Workspace email address. You must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining account security. You must notify us of any unauthorized account access.
3.2 Account Requirements
Users must be 16 years or older. Accounts must be registered to a business entity or professional. One account is allowed per business email address, with multiple users permitted under organization accounts as allowed by the subscription.
4.User Obligations
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, maintain accurate account information, protect your account credentials, and use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to circumvent any platform limitations or use the Service for unauthorized automated access.
5.Subscription and Payments
5.1 Pricing
Subscription fees are based on the selected service tier. Prices may be modified with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance. Subscription renewals are automatic. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Currency is processed in the specified currency.
6.Data Usage and Privacy
6.1 Data Processing
We process data as specified in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We maintain appropriate security measures, and you grant us the necessary rights to provide the Service.
6.2 Google Workspace Integration
The Service requires Google Workspace authorization. You control OAuth permissions and can revoke access at any time. We follow Google's API Services User Data Policy.
7.Service Availability and Support
7.1 Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced. We are not liable for external service interruptions, and force majeure events are excluded.
7.2 Support
Technical support is included in the subscription. Response times vary by service tier. Support is provided via specified channels, with self-service resources available.
8.Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Rights
The Service's code and infrastructure are our property. Trademarks and branding are protected. Documentation and content are copyrighted. Features and interfaces are proprietary.
8.2 Your Rights
You retain rights to your data and may export your data. Custom configurations belong to you, and your feedback may be used for improvements.
9.Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." There is no warranty of uninterrupted service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid. Indirect damages and force majeure events are excluded.
10.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of the Service, violation of third-party rights, and issues related to your data and content.
11.Term and Termination
11.1 Term
The Terms remain valid while using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may terminate with notice, and we may terminate for violations.
11.2 Effect of Termination
Access ends upon termination. Data export is available for 30 days. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Surviving provisions remain in effect.
12.Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, update the Terms with notice, change pricing with notice, and add or remove integrations.
13.Compliance with Laws
13.1 Data Protection
We ensure GDPR compliance for EU users, CCPA compliance for California residents, industry-standard security measures, and regular compliance audits.
13.2 Export Compliance
The Service is subject to export control laws. Users must comply with these laws. Restricted countries are excluded, and sanctions compliance is required.
14.Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction. Exclusive jurisdiction applies. Arbitration is required, and class actions are waived.
14.2 Resolution Process
A notice of dispute is required, followed by a 30-day resolution period. Binding arbitration applies on an individual basis only.
15.General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
The Terms constitute the complete agreement, superseding prior agreements. The electronic form is binding, and the language of the agreement applies.
15.2 Severability
Invalid provisions are severable. Remaining terms are enforceable, with good faith modification ensuring intent is preserved.
